Insurance & Superbills
Mind2Heart Therapy LLC will provide the client with a superbill — a statement that includes information requested by insurance companies for reimbursement. Clients can submit this with their claims to the insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for reimbursement rates before starting therapy.
